What is a Scentsy Buddy:

A Scentsy Buddy is a plush animal that features a zippered pocket to hold a Scentsy Scent Pak. Your first Scent Pak is free and included with your Buddy. Scent Paks can be changed out over time and there are over 30 different fragrance choices such as Newborn Nursery, Jammy Time, Luna, Black Raspberry Vanilla and lots more. Scentsy Buddies are available in dozens of animals and characters but each Buddy is only available for a limited time with the exception of Genna the Giraffe, whom is always available and ready to cuddle! Plus, the zippered pocket of Scentsy Buddies make great hiding places for your little ones to hold their special treasures!

Q. How often are new Scentsy Buddies released?

With the exception of Genna the Giraffe, whom is always available, Scentsy Buddies are considered limited edition products. Throughout the year, there may be times when we think certain Buddies will sell particularly well — around holidays, seasons or sales — so we’ll use that time to bring back a Buddy as a fresh and exciting re-release. New Buddies are introduced several times a year.

Q. What is the recommended age for Scentsy buddies?
Scentsy Buddies are suitable for all ages.

Q. Does Scentsy offer Scentsy Buddies specifically for babies and toddlers?

Yes, Scentsy Sidekicks and Scentsy Blankie Buddies are made just for babies! Sidekicks offer the engaging sensory fun little ones crave, like crinkly legs, teething rings and knee socks that move up and down. They are available in our popular Newborn Nursery Scent. These two products have been discontinued but try looking in the clearance section here for any available inventory.

Q. Are the Buddies and the Scent Pak safe for children?
Both Buddies and the Scent Paks have passed stringent product safety testing for U.S. and Canadian markets, including specific safety tests for children’s toys. Both products passed tests for tear strength and foreseeable misuse, fabric composition and cleanliness and toxicological assessments for banned or restricted chemicals without producing detectable amounts of any such substance.

Q. How do I clean my Scentsy Buddy?
Spot cleaning is the best way to take care of your Scentsy Buddy. Machine washing and drying may damage your Buddy’s fur or stuffing.

Q. What are the step-by-step instructions for using my Scentsy Buddy?
Your Buddy is ready to play as soon as it arrives! Simply open the zippered pouch in your Buddy’s back, insert a Scent Pak and zipper the pouch back up.

Q. How long will the fragrance in a Scent Pak last?
At least 30 days but in my personal experience the Scent Paks have lasted way beyond that!

Q. How long should I wait to change Scent Pak fragrances?
You can change Scent Paks at any time. For the best experience, remove the current Scent Pak, wait a day or two for the fragrance to dissipate, and then insert a new Scent Pak.
