What are Scentsy Warmers:
Scentsy Warmers are the safe, flame-free alternative to candles. Scentsy Warmers use the heat of a light bulb or heating element to warm and melt scented wax. This is much safer than traditional candles because no flame is required, and no soot is released into the air. Mandy’s Scent Store offers dozens of Authentic Scentsy Warmers including our traditional Bulb Warmers, Element Warmers and Mini Nightlight Warmers. Our warmers all come complete with a free light bulb and every Scentsy Warmer includes a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Element Warmers do not use a light bulb- they use a heating element to warm and melt Wax Bars.
Step #1: Assemble your Scentsy Warmer and plug in.
Step #2: Turn the switch to the “on” position.
Step #3: Place 1-2 Scentsy Wax cubes into the dish that sits atop the warmer.
Step #4: The wax will begin to melt within minutes and emit a beautiful scent.
Please Note: Scentsy Wax is not burned, only warmed so only the scent is released into the air. Once the scent is gone, simply soak up the unscented wax with a paper towel and toss. Add a new scent to the Scentsy Warmer and repeat the process.

The Scentsy Diffuser is an ultrasonic nebulizing diffuser. Scentsy Diffusers use natural and essential oils to emit fragrance into the air. A small ceramic disk in the water reservoir called a nebulizer vibrates at high frequencies to break the water and oil down into fine microscopic particles that are dispersed into the air.

No. The Scentsy Diffuser uses cold-mist technology to disperse fragrance. It contains no heating element.
Q. Does the Scentsy Diffuser have the same warranty as our Warmers?
Yes. Scentsy Diffusers are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion. All warranty claims will be charged a $20 shipping and processing fee. We encourage you and your customers to compare our warranty with other diffusers; you’ll find ours is the most generous warranty on the market.
